Changes to Phone Operating Times

We are making some changes to the times we take calls to the branch. With immediate effect, the branch will now only take calls between the hours of 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday. This is due to us only have a small team of volunteers who are able to answer our phones. Christmas Holidays

The branch will be closing for the Christmas holidays on the 19th December and will open again on the 5th January. During  this time we will not be rehoming cats or taking calls for general enquiries or neutering vouchers. Our emails and Facebook page will be checked from time to time for non-urgent enquiries, and all messages will be dealt with on our return. Microchipping Works!

Microchipping Works! Last night we had the pleasure of being able to let an owner know that their 10 year old cat Missy, who had been missing since April last year, had been found. Because she was microchipped, we were able to identify her owners and get in touch with them very quickly. For the cost of around £20 you could have this peace of mind if you cat does ever wander. And to those of you with missing pets, please don't give up hope looking for them....
